On tap. I'm hit or miss on pumpkin spice beers. This one is very light bodied, spice is more in the cinamon area than clove allspice for me. Not one I intend to revisit. The abv is decently hidden, but some esters sneak in at the end

12 ounce bottle into a tulip glass. Bottled 8/19/16.

Pours a deep orange color, mostly clear, with a one inch, quickly dissipating head, some soapy lacing. Lots of streaming bubbles. The nose leads with spices- clove, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, a little white pepper, some malt, light yeast, an earthy aroma. The taste also begins with the spices, which are potent, but not overwhelming, pumpkin, light malt, some brown sugar, light malt and caramel. A light hop bitterness throughout. Smooth, a lighter but decent body, well carbonated.

I'm not a big pumpkin beer fan, but I'm surprised at how low the ratings are for this. This is a lot better than many of the big names of this style. Ths spices are prominent, but are blended and proportioned well, good aroma and flavor, nice balance. Worth grabbing a few bottles and seeing for yourself.

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has an orange/beige color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of pumpkin, spices, balanced. Taste is the same, except the spices are more pronounced. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a good quality beer.

12oz bottle, dated 8/17/15. Pours slightly hazy orange with a large off-white head. Smells of booze, nutmeg, and light hops. The taste follows with more nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon and sweet malt. Lots of alcohol comes through but it has a pretty good malt presence. Medium body and above average carbonation. Overall, hope you like drinking liquor because this needs way more smell/favor to match the alcohol.

Not very good. Has a lingering aftertaste that is very odd.

Found this at the back of the fridge and didn't even know it was there. It's a pumpkin ale and this is already April, so I'm sure it was supposed to be drunk last fall, but here goes anyway. 12oz brown bottle with a freshness date of 9/30/14. Hope that's the day it was brewed and not the day it expired.

The beer poured a slightly hazed caramel gold color with a nice 2-finger off white head that lasted a few minutes and left some decent lacing.

It had a sweet caramel smell with traces of fall spices.

Good sweet caramel base with just a hint of bitterness. Under the caramel is some sweet cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin spice. It has all the right ingredients for a pumpkin ale but it didn't wow me over.

Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Overall I enjoyed it, but it wan't an over the top pumpkin ale. Good job of hiding the 7.3% abv.
