Bottle from CWBlues, 12oz into a tulip.

Unfiltered browned orange, dense cream cap with moderate retention and some lace. Nose has yeast, bread, some very interesting grain character and perhaps some dried citrus in the periphery. Almost a bit toasty or crusty in terms of the bready quality. Quite perfumey. Taste has more bready and grain character with some very interesting flavours brought on by the yeast. Almost a bit seedy, some veggie or fruity notes are around as well (in a positive way). Almost canned corn perhaps? And some pepper even? Medium body with some weight to it, medium low carb. A very nice cream ale, a lot of characteristics I can't pin down but it does a nice job all around.

I bought this off the Binny's single shelf. It poured a hazy yellow with no head and no lace. The scent is had a touch of sour dough. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. There was a boozy presence at the start. The mouthfeel was medium in body with smooth carbonation. Overall it's ok.

A: A murky yellow in color, with a large white head.

S: Cloying, with fruitiness- banana and clove and a hit of booze.

T: Boozy, with some banana and clove notes.

M: Fairly light, with a lot of carbonation.

O: Not sure if there are going for a Belgian thing here or not, but it seems like a bit of a mess. Boozy, and rough. For a brewery who's "thing" is beers over 6% (oh you daredevils you!) it tastes pretty fucking boozy at 6.1%

"It hits the lighter side of Greenbush's offerings while still standing bold above the 6% mark."

The beer tastes rough, unrefined, and made with a hasty fermentation.

Not a huge fan of the style but picked it up in a mix a 6 pack. Big fan of Greenbush beers. Without getting technical this a light bodied easy drinking brew. Notes of corn a bit of sweetness and a tad of hops. Like someone else said a good summer brew. Could easily drink a 6er of these for enjoyment

12 ounce bottle into a tulip glass. Bottled 8/15/16.

Pours a medium yellow, somewhat hazy, with a half inch head and some spotty lacing. Very pleasant aroma- yeast, malt, some earthy hops, a little lactose type smell. Bready. The taste is similar- malt, yeast, more earthy hops than the nose, wheat, some lemon and crackers, a light hop bitterness on the finish. Dry, crisp, refreshing, fairly smooth, a good but lighter body.

Not a style I seek out, but of all the straight up Cream Ales I've had, this is pretty good. Nice aroma, a well developed flavor, very good overall on the finish. An above average example of the style. Well worth buying a couple of bottles.
