I got a bottle of this off the single shelf from my local Giant Eagle. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had hints of citrus and pine notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with a bitter citrus finish. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 4/5/2019. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy medium golden/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, watermelon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, watermelon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, watermelon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mildly increasing warmth of 9.5% after the finish. Overall this is an awesome DIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV, with the moderately bitter/resinous/drying finish. Not overly aggressive. Amazing El Dorado, Citra, Azacca profile. Awesome mix of juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hop complexity; with a nice sized bready malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness from lingering resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected.

Big tropical fruit and bright hop aromas, pours amber, with some sediment floating in the beer, and with a tight white head. The hop flavors steamroll over a touch of caramel malts, which peak up again in the mid palate to get beaten down by bitter hops. Lots of citrus and tropical fruit, a bit of pith, and a lingering bitter finish. This is a solid IIPA, with the alcohol well hidden. There's a slightly slick mouthfeel, and a full body.

Fresh by 4/5/19. 12oz bottle poured into a tulip. Pours golden with some mild sediment and haze, but it still has nice clarity and transparency to it; fluffy eggshell white head that slowly falls leaving great thick retention and sticky lacing. The aromas have a nice blend of citrus and tropical fruits. Some fresh bread and malts. The flavors are bold, clean, crisp and refreshing. Some pineapple and grapefruit. Very nice hop flavors. Solid hop bitterness. Malts do their thing, but they don't dominate. Mild alcohol notes in the finish, but it's not hot or boozy at all. Finishes juicy and dry at the same time. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's full-bodied with moderate to active carbonation. It's sharp, smooth and dangerously drinkable.

This is a really nice DIPA. It's big and bold, but clean, crisp and refreshing at the same time. The craftsmanship is very impressive. This one is a winner. It's very enjoyable and fun to drink. Well done. It's definitely worth checking out if you come across it.
