Pours a deep amber to brown in color with a light tan head. In the aroma, a light nuttiness. In the taste, a light dry nuttiness all the way through. A small bite and a medium to lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a dryer small nuttiness in the aftertaste. Kind of a basic brown that was kind of faint everywhere.

The Forest City Brown Ale wasnt bad. The beer poured a rich clear amber borwn with offwhite head that laced nicely. The smell included a subtle hint of sweet malt. The taste proved out teh smell with sweet malt, mostly caramel in taste, but had a bitter finish, which I was not a fan of. The mouthfeel was a medium body ale with good carbonation. Overall it was an ok brown...not my favorite offering from MG.
