A: Clean, big bready malts, low hops with light fruity esters.
A: Amberish color, quite clear with a thick white head that slowly dissipates.
T: Clean malt character, coupled with moderate hop bitterness. Rich, nutty bread finish with moderately low hop bitterness with a moderately dry finish.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Solid; Beachwood is known for its hoppy beers, but they really let the malt (rightfully) shine here. Ironically, the beer could be a little better if the beer had a little more noble hop assertiveness to compliment the malt complexity.
