A blend of bright fruit and melon with big notes of Meyer lemon on the nose. Medium levels of bitterness along with the heat from the higher alcohol content let the beer marry well as you analyze the flavor. A very easy drinking Imperial IPA.

L: Hazy orange
S: Sweet tropical fruit. Mango and pineapple, creamy vanilla notes, just a hint of hoppy spice
T: Tropical fruit, not as pronounced as the nose, a bit of orange pulp, some bitter floral hops, and pine on the finish. Not much malt.
F: Medium bodied, moderate warmth.
O: Fairly average for the style, which is actually pretty good these days, but nothing that stands out to me.

Nice fruity double, with a smidge of alcohol warmth on the tail end. Coppery color with decent fluffy head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Taste more of the same, slightly soapy. Hoppy finish.

On-tap in Meridian ID, served in a chalice.
A: Surprisingly hazy; didn't think this was a NE-style double IPA? Warm sunset-gold with creamy head and good lacing.
S: Fairly bright and fruity; subdued malt sweetness is there to support an aromatic hopping that leans tropical.
T: Tropical fruit, sweet; melon; generic fruit bowl and citrus rind.
MF: Smooth, very faint alcohol on the finish.
O: One of the better, well-integrated double IPA's I've had recently; not boozy or overly malty, with a nice hop profile for my palate.

Six pack of cans purchased at Total Wine in Lynnwood, Washington. Best by date is JUN 13 19. Poured in to a pint glass.
Look- Slightly hazy, dark amber color. Modest off-white head that recedes pretty quickly. decent lacing. A bit of carbonation visible in the glass.
Smell- Citrus (orange, tangerine and grapefruit), melon, pine, bready malts, tropical fruit (mango and pineapple), slight peach and spice.
Taste- Big citrus, pineapple and mango, melon... rich, grainy and sweet malts, mild piney bitter finish.
Feel- Medium-heavy bodied and smooth/creamy, nice carbonation on the tongue. Great balance between the hops and the malt. Alcohol is really well hidden.
O- A nice offering from a pretty obscure brewery, great price point too. Take care drinking these, two of them and I was feeling really loose.

Kinda bad pour..huge cream coloured thick and frothy head..small amount of beer at the bottom is orange and cloudy.
Subdued nose for an Imperial! Resin and spruce..with strong toffee malts.
Taste is way better than the aroma..its strong pine/resin hops balanced by a ferocious caramel maltiness..good.
Very firm and soft mouth feel..makes beer go fast.
An OK IIPA..could drink again but would not seek out

just my second beer from these guys, a real freakishly drinkable big ipa here, fresh from the can, tasty stuff, maybe not as unique and different as i found their pale to be, but a fine example of the style as it sort of stands now, hazy, dry hoppy, juicy, and without a whole lot of bitterness at the end. not as much head on the pour as i would have hoped for, but not so hazy it looks thick and gross either, just a little tired looking, but the color is nice and the aroma is beautiful, a cool combination of hops thats not new to me or anything, but really forward, starting right away, notes of mango and pineapple to it, oily and weedy too, and then bright and fresh in the taste, just a little less pungent than it smells. the grain side of things is pretty mellow here, there is enough body for what it is, but its not a heavy beer, drinking a lot lighter than its abv usually allows for, and even though there is some finishing sweetness to it, its not out of balance. i think it warms up pretty well too, lots and lots of hops coming out as it does, dank and wet, melon and citrus, flavorful beer overall and a pretty good one from these guys. definitely hit me pretty hard and pretty fast...

A thanks to the amazing woodychandler for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can, which says 8.5% abv on it. Has a golden/orange color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of tropical fruits. Taste is dank, some citrus, fairly bitter, a bit boozy. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.
