A - Arrived a cloudy reddish pink with a finger wide pink head that left a nice lacing as I drank

S - Slighty sweet fruity smell. Slightly tart aroma

T - The prickly pear has a slightly sweet, slightly tart flavor that reminds me of Crunch Berries. The Cap'n's been holding out on us. Finishes with a slight hop bitterness on the back of the tongue.

M - Slightly thin mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

D - Easy drinking and fairly smooth. Good balanced beer.
