Pours a brilliant copper color in my imperial pint glass, big thicket of cream colored head forms very nicely. Aroma is definitely malt forward hints of caramel and bready grains, with dank earthy citric Michigan hops...really clean smelling APA. Flavor has a sweet malt character, again caramel and full on grain assault with fruit forward ale character balancing dank hops, earthy, citrus peel well made complex APA not in line with some of their other heavy hitting IPAs or pale ales this is definitely less hoppy but still full flavored across the board. Mouthfeel is medium bodied slightly sticky sugars with a resinous oily hop texture going on even flowing carbonation very smooth not abrasive if anything just a bit too sweet for my pale ales. Overall, pretty solid well brewed I'm not in awe of it but I enjoyed it.

Cloudy dark side honeyed pour. One and a half inch white head with staggered lacing.
I smell nothing but wet glass.
Unpleasant metallic bitter hop leaf and that doesn't even last long. Malt is there in simple form.
Carbonation is playful and lighter bodied.
Whaaa Whaaa?!? Got this "fresh?" off the shelf last week. As I'm reviewing this I can't help but to think FFF is better than this. Sorry boys but this is a stinker, juz saying. Bad bottle-maybe. Man-o-yawn.
