A smooth, medium-bodied session beer with bright citrus hop aroma and finish. Our interpretation of an American Mild Ale.

Picked-up three cans as part of a mixed twelve-pack at Empire Wine & Spirits in Kingston, MA for about twenty one dollars. Canned on date of June, so not particularly fresh. Just ok.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a muddy river color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of citrus, pine. Taste follows the aroma, some malts are present. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.

Not bad its not Zombie dust but its hoppy enough to pack and punch and smooth enough to quench that pale ale thirst. I would get it again the price was pretty reasonable

12oz can
date stamp is messed up
L: thin ivory head caps a slightly hazed tangerine colored ale
S: citrus, mild pine, light caramel malt
T: lighter flavors and quite refreshing: grapefruit, mango, pine, light caramel
F: light-to-medium body, ample carbonation, balanced finish
O: “American Mild Ale” makes sense for this one. It’s been at least a decade since I had it. Just as good as I remember.

Just Ok, like many 3 Floyds this one is malty and not the clear pale ale i crave. Not one where i could throw back a couple, mised the mark for me

12 oz can from a variety 12pk filled 5/17/23 into a pint glass.
L: Pours murky dark amber with some foaming excitement quickly going out & over the can, a soapy fluffy 1.5" off white head that recedes to sea foam, OK carbo, medium thick random clingy lacing.
S: Orange, tangerine, floral, grassy dankness, caramel malts.
T: Fruit bread, citrus, lightly toasted cereal grains, a hint of honey, bread crust, raisins, dates, a little bit sweet. It is pale. Has a citrus frwd beginning & end with a very light resinous linger.
F: Smooth, a bit flat, medium-bodied with a mellow center and a clean medium-length lightly drying finish.
O: A fruity tasting American Pale Ale that, IMHO, has a better flavor and feel as it warms a bit. Simultaneously delicate and full-flavored. Not much after taste. I had 3 cans and each can was different. Two were not completely filled. Also two foamed out of the can immediately upon opening. It is OK in its style.

So, my can says "Pale Ale" instead of "Mild Ale" but everything else lines up, go I'm assuming that this is simply a rebranding. If so, that makes sense as this is a classic version of an American Pale Ale.

Pours a light copper color with a half finger of head. The nose is a fine blend of citrusy, herbal and crackery notes. There's a modest biscuity quality in the flavor profile. The finish has a piney bitterness that is on-point for an APA.

Do these folks make a bad beer? If you look at my prior reviews you would see that my belief on this is that they do not... This is another fine example.... Of course not really my style but man this has full body taste and is a high quality pale ale
