F- Thin - Think porter rather than stout
O- Good, but far from great.

Nose contains whisky, oak and chocolate, as well as lots of vanilla. Flavour is very hot, but very good. Oak is really strong, with whisky and chocolate, a bit of anise. Body is heavy and thick. Good stuff.

Nearly jet black, ring of white head and no lace. Smell is bourbon and oak, roast and vanilla with a bit of a chocolate cherry closer, cake batter, quite a nice nose. Taste leads with bourbon and vanilla, cherries, roast and dark chocolate, black forest cake finish, moderate mid palate sweetness. Really nice, thanks to MasterSki for sharing.
