Amazing sour from FFF. The tartness stays long after. Just a great brew and one of my favorite sours.

Had it on tap at DLD 2016. Served in a plastic cup with rainwater.

In all seriousness, I'm not really a huge fan of sour beers, but I keep craving another taste of this one. Aroma is pure sour cherries, and there is a lot of cherry in the taste too. Less "funk" than a lot of sour beers, or maybe the funk is covered up by the cherries. Either way, I would gladly drink this again. Best sour beer I have ever had, with the disclaimer that this is coming from someone who doesn't love sour beers.

This is a brew that is only for fans of sours because it is sour to the extreme. The aroma is tart cherries and the taste explodes as soon as it hits your tongue. Too sour for my liking. Very glad I got to try a small sample as I would not have been able to finish an entire bottle.

Pours a murky brown color with a white head. Aroma is like an old Apple cider discovered in a sunken ship from the 1700s. The taste is the sourest experience I think I have had. Like an Apple war head candy. Hint of unripe Wild Cherry. Rot gut sour. This is serious. This is real. Damn sour. Nuff said.

if you like sour beers, this is insane. as good as any i have had, and without question my favorite three floyds beer. thanks to thebrewo for sharing this one!!! this is going to be a hard one to describe, as the flavors are each just so intense. its also one of the sourest beers i have ever come across, including all the heavy hitters. the color here is cloudy, thick, and deep mahogany in color. not much head on it, just patchy bubbles accumulating along the edges of my globe. the nose is shocking, i mean, extremely sour, acidic, lacto heavy, a ph that has to be as low as any i have known. the cherry aromatic is insanely intense. i wish i knew how long this was on wood, cherries, what kind of cherries, what cultures, there are a lot of mysteries here, but its less about dissecting it as it is about appreciating how unique and dynamic it is. the cherries are so deep and dark, also contributing sourness, jammy flavors, and just such an explosive cherry concentration. its as deeply cherry as is the frederiksdal from mikkeller, which i though was as far as you could take fruit in a beer. the sourness hits in the middle, and is almost hard to stomach, caustic, insanely acidic. there is a lot of oaky funk too, must and some yeast that isnt just lacto, dynamic is an understatement. very rarely are so many unique flavors locked into a beer, and fund such a synergy, i mean, this is one of the best beers ive ever had. the more i recount the experience, the more i realize how special this is. enormous thanks to thebrewo for sharing this rarity, totally special

Had this at a bottle share a few months ago, and I'm glad that was the case. A sour this intense should be consumed in small quantities. Huge sour nose. This explodes as soon as it hits your tongue! Just awesome!

Cherry by aroma and cherry pie finish. Too sour though. Drinks like a cocktail.
