Obtained a bottle from my buddy Spycow in Il., enjoyed from a tall tulip glass.
A-Poured a golden, brownish amber with a medium sized white head that actually sticks around for a while, excellent carbonation and lacing.
S-Loads of sweet honeyed, citrus hops hit the nose.
T-Pineapple! Loads of sweet citrus and pine, backed up with hints of honey and malts.
M-Medium to thick body with a gentle sweetness up front into a nice dry, malty backbone that finishes a little sweet, with a nice, slow developing, long lasting grapefruit bitterness and light, pine finish.
O-Delicious! Now to find more!

My daughter sent me a bomber from Wisconsin (shhh, don't tell anyone!).
I live less than an hour from Russian River Brewing Company and love Pliny the Elder. I now understand why this ale from Indiana gives them such a run for their money.

Citrus, pine - everything I expect from a big West Coast IPA... except it is from Indiana!
Nice amber color with an off-white head - lacing stretches down the glass as you drink.
Nice mouth feel, although it seems a little less carbonated than Pliny - nothing wrong, just a little different.
I would love to taste it on-tap!!
I've had Artic Panzerwolf from 3-Floyds and loved it - I have a friend that lives 20 minutes from 3 Floyds... I will be visiting him (well, staying at his house while visiting 3 Floyds!!)

served from a 22oz bottle.the appearance is a copper color. the smell is a combo of fruitiness. the taste is also alot of fruit notes followed by a slight bitterness of hops at the back of the tongue. very good. this is a good beer. im glad this one is year round.
