This Belgian-Gnomish style ale is as great as your garden gnome, but with strawberries essence.

Early 2015 vintage; drank 2/14/15 @ Three Floyds.
A murky pink appearance.
Big white head; frothy lace.
Sweet strawberry nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Sweet strawberry jam flavor up front; faint smoke on the finish. Simple but extremely delicious;
I could have drank several in a row.

Had at the brewery. Refreshing beer and quite unique for a three floyds beer (I don't think I've had any other of their fruit beers). Nice strawberry aroma and flavor, but nothing here to make this a world class fruit beer, although the high point is the fact that while this is a fruit beer, it's not overwhelmingly fruity or sweet.

Tried this beer at the 3 floyds brewpub. It was served in a tulip glass.
L: Pink to red in color. One could definitely tell that there were strawberries in this brew.
S: The smell gave obvious hints of strawberry.
T: The beer was sweet, but not overly sweet. It was hard to tell that this was a Belgian ale. The strawberries did not overpower the overall flavor of the beer.
F: It was quite appropriate for the type of beer that it was. If I had this on a hot summer day, I would find this to be quite refreshing.
O: For a fruit based beer, this is excellent. Not overpoweringly fruity, but the essence is definitely there.

Nice authentic strawberry flavor but a support strong smoked, burning plastic flavor and aroma.
