Notes / Commercial Description:
Sour peach saison. Primary aroma is peach candy. More subtle flavors of tropical fruit, pears, and citrus are also present but this beer really is a peach bomb! Light body with a prickling sour taste that lingers and then finishes dry.

Poured from 22oz bottle into glass. Bottled on stamping on barrel neck has been rubbed away, but the date is sometime in 2017,
Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored body, tinted by the peach. A slight fizzy head disappears. No lacing.
Peach aroma, like a peach candy smell, but still derived from a fresh peach fruit source.
Sour taste, dominated by the peach flavor, along with additions of pear, and citrus/tropical fruits.
Medium mouth feel.
This is a sour ale with tremendous aspects of smell, taste, and feel. A true treat for those who like peaches.

The full pour yields a barely hazy dark orange body with a loud fizzy off white head that instantly fizzles out to a thin ring.

Aroma is super fresh peach juice--sharp and sour--like peach Sour Patch Kids actually, with a gummy and sugary smell.

Taste is quite tart, just barely too sour with a slight burn, and easily on the early American side of sour beer, but again with loads of forward fresh peach, not as though aged at all but again, more like gummies. Sour Patch Kids, with a touch of toasted biscuit in the background.

Body is light with a crisp but thickening fizz that thins back out on the swallow to a semi-dry, tangy tart finish. Quite sour, but also very drinkable and refreshing.

This was perfect. Wouldn't change anything at all in this beer. The peach and sweet flavors are like a bag of peach rings. And the sour is enough to make your face tighten.

Poured out golden in color with a bright white head that dissipated quickly. Peaches off the nose immediately. A very candy like peach note that dominated most of the nose with a hint of lactic tartness coming through as well. Flavor follows with peach and a bit of apricot being dominate with a good level of acidity. Very nice drink but very high price for it as well. I'm also pretty sure the Saison is lost in this but it's a very nice beer.
