Poured from a 22oz bottle into a pint glass. No bottling info but my buddy picked it up at the brewery in mid October so should be fresh. It was a hazy apricot color with moderate carb streams. It had an average sized head that settled into a collar and partial film. Moderate lacing with a little sticking.

The aroma was pine resin, pith and tropical fruit hops with a little bit of malt. Can smell the bitter coming. Flavor is a kiss of malt at the start then full-on resin and pith with the bitter building up till the end with a long linger. Bitter yes but not overly. Mouthfeel was full with good carbonation and aforementioned bitter aftertaste.

Overall, a really good ADIPA that highlights the bitter without overdoing it. A year ago I had it and didn't like it as much as it was too bitter. But now that my bitter palate is developing, I'm enjoying it much more. Still a little too bitter to love it but still a great beer and eager to try it again in several months. Not avail here in TX - got from Umagum, many thanks as always! Rotation - can't get here so pretty much limited to the occasional bottle which seems to work out great as I'm really growing into this one.
