It pours a light cooper color with a large foamy head that lingers nicely. The smell is of citrus manly grapefruit with somewhat piney amour. The taste is a nice grapefruit to the front with some bitterness to the end. The body is medium with a nice amount of carbonation. Overall a nice offering to have tried.

Thanks to an awesome beer guru who hauled this back from Chicago, I'm finally getting to try this one....

Super juicy and surpassing most pale ales in hop flavors, I'm digging this.... No bitterness here really, all juicy fruity hop flavors.... Just really refreshing and delicious. A lot of beers that I've been desiring for a while don't live up to the hype but this one does... Terrific beer!

What else is there to say about this beer? Citra hops are wonderful. The puckering, only slight dry taste this beer leaves in my mouth makes me only ever want to drink IPAs.

The first time I tried it was in the early summer of 2016 and it was the best beer I ever had at the time. Compared to the Zombie Dust I've had recently, it seems like it isn't quite what it used to be. Many people I have talked to have had the same experience. Still a world class brew in my opinion

Received in a trade courtesy of jwintaz, thanks!

Pours a rich golden color with a frothy thick head. Slight haze. Nose is light and crisp with notes of grapefruit and juicy orange. A little honey as well. Taste reflects the nose and I get a ton of honey and malt balance. Not very bitter and a touch of sweetness. A bit sticky. Hops are aggressive and malt backbone is delicate. Easy drinking beer

Overall an interesting beer and not what I expected. It tastes like an aged IPA, but very drinkable!

Very Good Beer. But I thought it was a bit overrated.
Very drinkable overall. Some of these delicious new age IPAs knock your taste buds on their back, which is a good thing,
but after like half a beer, you almost can't truly taste the beverage at it's purest.

This beer has a constantly wonderful hop flavor.
