Not worthy of the whale status it receives.

There are ten better beers I can get at my local bottle shop on a weekly basis.

It's good, just not amazing. Still, probably worth the tick.

A: Pours a nice golden orange with a white head. Head retention was good in my Dogfish IPA glass.
S: Some dankness, a little citrus, and some resiny hops, with caramel malt, like a digestive biscuit.
T: Really well balanced between hops and malt. This is a super hoppy APA (an IPA really, look at the abv) but it has a solid malt profile to match the hops. Some lingering bitterness, and not what I would describe as "juicy", more herbal in flavor.
M: carbonation was solid, medium body, maybe heavy for the style.
O: really nice, balanced well made APA. If available, I could see this as a regular beer I'd drink often as it goes down easily. Doesn't stand out to me among other good APAs/IPAs however.
