Bottled 2/18/16, drank 5/19/16, so a little older than I'd prefer. But gifted by a buddy so couldn't let it go to waste!

Deep orange-ish red in color, very opaque. Sticky off white head that retains well and leaves good lacing. Hops have likely fallen off some on aroma. Pine and spice dominate the smell, slight alcohol and black pepper. The taste follows, pine and spice primarily. Plenty of malty sweetness for balance and with the hops faded some, the belgian yeast is not overpowered. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Smooth with a strong bitter, slightly boozy finish. Overall, a really nice belgian DIPA. Will definitely seek out a fresh version next time it is released.

Poured from 22oz bottle to Duvel tulip. Deep amber color with half-finger head, some lacing. Nose extremely hoppy, pine, resin. Belgian yeast is overwhelmed by hops and malt on the tongue. Stands up with the biggest of double IPAs in the hop department but wishing it was more to style. Heavy medium body and mild carbonation.

Rich Life had me at 100 IBUs! The smell ignites the senses with the strength of the hops. I can't lie, My mouth began to water once I took a sniff. The color is a like caramel. The first taste made me think of gumball head, but has much more bite from the hops. I like this a lot and wish I could get it in a 6 pack.

Crisp and clean. More bitter than citrus, but a very good combo.

Wow what a treat. Drank it this weekend and it was bottled in late February. Super fresh. Pours a beautiful dark orange. Big white head and some great lacing. Absolutely lovely taste. Malty sweetness but massive hop bitterness, grapefruit, citrusy, a little bit of alcohol can be detected. SUPER double IPA in my opinion.
