Now then! This is the real deal. Pours a nice amber/ golden color
Served very cold from a bomber into a curvy pint glass. This beer is where I thought Zombie Dust should have been, given the hypie high ratings. LOTS going on in this glass. Nice hoppy feel- taste- nose. Nice citrusy after -thought. You may need a fork with this one. We’ll done , Triole Floyd!

my first BA reivew. This is the beer I've been yearning for months. Was there a bad crop of hops out there or something? This is really balanced. No medicinal aftertaste that seems to have plagued even my perennial favorites this year. Restored my faith. Maybe God is ok with me loving beer after all. Had my doubts for a while
Have to say the name is odd. I get that Pig Destroyer was involved, but there is nothing "funeralesque" about it. Its bright, lots of fruit (tangerine and mango) with just the right amount of malt to balance it out.

I received this beer from a BIF Lloyd Dobler, thank you. The beer is FAF from the grapevine. The beer is 48 degrees and served in a tulip glass. The beer has a one finger creamy and airy white head. The color of the beer is SRM 10 a medium amber with copper hues. The clarity of is a touch opaque with a few carbonation bubbles. The head has poor retention and no lacing on the glass.

Tropical, herbal, bready, phenolic, pine, toasted malt, caramel, subtle honey, grapefruit, and floral for the aromas.

The flavors, are tropical, grapefruit, pine, herbal, toasted malt, bread, caramel, subtle honey, floral, and crackers for the flavors.

The mouthfeel of the beer is astringent, coating, and crisp.

The body of the beer is medium, a medium plus carbonation, and a full finish.

The beer exudes a restrained hop profile that is in your face. The balance in the beer is phenomal. Strong malt backbone and excellent flavors.

Thanks to a stalwart BA who gifted this monster to me recently.

22oz undated bomber poured into a pint glass shows a luminescent, yet clouded, copper-orange body and floats an impressive 2in white, soapy head and leaves plentiful lacing.

Aroma is bitter hops with a citrus touch from orange and grapefruit hints. Under that is a threatening dankness. I wonder whether a hop influence can be so bitter that it pulls the malt base from beneath.

Flavors are both bright and dank. Piney bitterness and orange, grapefruit citrus. A complexity that is at the same time fearsome and welcoming. I feel that I may be staying here for a while.

Mouthfeel is medium, leaning fuller, sticky, but with a wet finish.

Overall a complex composition. It's not my favorite style, but clearly well crafted.

Thanks, Joe, for the taste.
