Clean looking beer with a soapy white head, transparent and lacing everywhere. Nose is all spicy grassy floral hops with a present but shy malt sweet backbone. Sweet light caramel starts it off & immediately followed by a mouth exploding floral orange hop burst - I'm guessing some use of Amarillo hops, amazingly balanced and drinkable. That hop goodness lingers for a few minutes after the sip, drinkability: high.

Bailey's Blonde Ale

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a large soapy head and lace. Aroma of herbal, tea like hops, belgian yeast, and citrus. In the taste, nice little belgian yeast funk and lemony citrus. Herbal, grassy hops. Semi-dry bitter finish with a sting of carbonation. Overall, not a whole lot American going on with the flavor, Bailey's Blonde tastes like a quality Belgian import. Solid.

Terrific summer beer that reminded me more of a wheat beer - with its subtle hoppy characteristics and cloudy pour. Simple hoppy aromas, some malts but overall - very mild. Flavors were very refreshing, lots of citrus and some mild sweetness. Not bad!

Was first introduced to Cisco Brewers at the Boston Craft Beer festival (June 2011).

A - Very clear deep gold body with lively bubbles. Head is quick to form and white with virtually no tint of other hues. Head breaks apart slowly leaving large lacing.

Ar - Aroma is my weak sense but I can tell it’s much stronger on this beer than most others. Closest thing I pick up is grains (?)

T - Strong but not overly grassy hops. Almost in IPA territory but with a lighter body. Was hoping for more like a Belgian strong blonde.

D - I’m afraid I had the beer a little too warm and didn’t experience it properly. Will re-review at a future date.

A - Deep golden brown, hazy with a finger wide head that dissipates over about a minute. Nice lacing remains.

S - Malt and Hops trying to overpower a light orange aroma.

T - Orange at first while it sits on the tongue. But then it goes straight to bitter hops when you swallow. This dog certainly has some bite.

M - Decent body with a good amount of carbonation, but not too much.

O - To me, this is an IPA all the way. Good flavor, but bitter. A decent drink when in the mood.

Snagged one out of my friends refrigerator this weekend. Bright hazy yellow color with a lot of carbonation that leaves a fat amount of head which lingers for a while. Pleasant lemon grass and flowery hops. Almost like wild flowers and pale malt growing together. Wow, this is hoppy. The malt is present up from leading you in with a semi-sweet lemonade feel but then floral hops comes right in. The mix is great especially if you're a hop head on a hot summer day. Floral and lemon fruity hops mix well over a crisp pale malt body. Surprising hop character impressed me with this one. For how bold the hops are it is still extremely drinkable, especially on a warm day.

12oz glass poured into a mug.

Appearance- very golden, but hazy. decent amount of head with good retention.

Smell- all malts and yeasts (the probable cause of the haze in the color)

Taste- As expected quite grainy and bready, but surprise aggressiveness of hops where maybe I was expecting to taste fruitiness from the yeasty smell, but the hops carry through the finish nicely. Very pleasant.

Overall- I like this beer very much. I Will have another one, me thinks.

This beer pours out a muddy golden color with out much head. The lacing is very minimal. The head that is there is just a thin white film over the top. The smell of the is grainy with some earthy hops. The taste is a little earthy and had a dirty hop flavor the overpowers the taste. The mouthfeel is medium, decent carbonation. Overall, not a fan, didn't think this was much of a blonde ale personally. I'll leave this one alone in the future.

On tap at the Cisco brewpub at Logan airport.
This one poured a hazy, dark gold with a dense, white cap. Good head retention with some spotty lacing. Bitterness was moderate overall, but seemed a little harsh. It had a light citrus flavour with slight spiciness, cereal grains, a bit of sweetness and lingering bitterness. The aroma was all cereal, citrus, and a bit of spice. Light to medium bodied with creamy carbonation, off-dry. This just didn't come together for me. I didn't enjoy the combination of flavours and there was a bit of perceived harshness from the hops/spicy character.

Poured a bit hazy golden blonde with three fingers of light fluffy head that dissipates to a crispy lacing

Live the aromas of hops and sweet malt with some nice doughy yeast

A very hoppy blond ale, a bit less malt and yeast flavor than the aroma

Nice light bodied and crisp mouthfeel

Overall this is a very nice beer I would certainly but it again and great for the spring season

Pours a golden straw with hints of orange peel.
Cloudy and well carbonated with a smallish white fluffy head.
Aroma has some hop bite to it with pale malts.
A tart tasting beer with some lemon zest throen in. Hops are low key and in the back with sutle hints of citrus.
Tart and crisp .
