Thanks to time4lunch for this awesome bottle. 6.3oz clear bottle wrapped in pink tissue paper and a small label saying "Ale Aged On Estate Grown Raspberries". Poured into HF "fest" sherry glass.
A- Pours a translucent pinkish red raspberry color, just a slight whitish whispy head forms that leaves a flat top with just a thin ring around the sides of the glass, slightly below average carbonation with decent consistency, lacing clings to the side of the glass but gently recedes back down. I love the color on this, exactly what a raspberry beer should look like.
S- Nose bursts with fresh fruity raspberries, subtle oak, and a gentle funkiness blending with the fruitiness. Incredibly aromatic, fruitiness is insane- smells so fresh and isn't syrupy at all, easily one of the best beers I've smelled.
T- Nice tart raspberries, the funkiness is turned up from the nose expressing some well integrated barnyard funk with sublte hints of hay and slight cheese that balance nicely with the fruitiness. Finishes with a bit more raspberries balanced with a funkiness that has a very nice lingering presence.
M- Medium bodied, very drinkable, fairly low carbonation.
O- This framboise was incredible, easily up there with some of the Best Belgian framboise's such as Cantillon, Fonteinen, etc. and perhaps even surpassing them. The raspberry presence was incredible and the subtle complexities of the funk and barnyard qualities were well integrated creating a flavorfull, complex beer. I did not want to stop smelling this and I tried to let the beer linger as much as I could on my palate, not wanting to finish the bottle. I definitely recommend seeking this out.

Received in a trade, shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice light rose hue with a thin head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Aromas of seedy raspberries, decent yeast, super acidic, light barrel acetone. Old yeast notes. Very vinegar forward.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, loads red berries. Light barrel notes, decent oak. The berries are older, loads of acidity. Not overly vinegar.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, flemmy.
O - Overall this was a rather solid wild. The berry notes were decent yet older, staler. Really pleasant but probably past it's prime.

Poured from a 187ml bottle into a Trillium mini-tulip glass. Bottle courtesy of the very generous Jaycase.
Appearance: An orange and pink beer with a very tiny, champagne-style white head with a tint of pink. Head disappears quickly but the crown around the glass persists forever, and leaves beautiful lacing. Raspberry seeds mostly stayed behind in the bottom of the bottle.
Smell: Loads of raspberry seeds, a subtle, sour funk, and a moderate vinous quality as well. Perhaps a bit floral as well. Absolutely great though, right up there with Atrial as far as the smell of American Framboise.
Taste: Mouth-puckeringly tart. The wheat based malt comes through on the finish. Raspberries are again quite strong, but not in a sweet, jammy way. Almost like underripe raspberries. Quite dry. Incredibly delicious.
Mouthfeel: Mildly prickly at first, but carb fades quickly, which makes an essentially perfect balance for this beer. Sticks around in the mouth quite a while, too.
Overall: Cisco continues to impress me with their sours. I was thrilled with This is probably my favorite of theirs, and I really wish my bottle was larger than just 187ml. Hopefully this gets brewed again, and in larger quantity. If not, I'm glad to have tasted this whale while I could. I don't have any problem saying this is right up there with Atrial Rubicite as one of the best American Framboise out there. Kudos, Cisco.

187 ml bottle served in a Cantillon Taster. Big thanks to time4lunch for the brew.
A: Pours a solid ruby red color with a chilled haze to it. An off white head forms on the pour and recedes quickly to a thin ring. No lace.
S: Fresh raspberries with a little dirt. Funky cheese with some light oaky notes. Tart berry notes with a little bit of sour pucker to it. Really nice. Light jammy berry.
T: Funky cheese, oak barrel and some raspberry pop. Tart raspberry notes throughout the middle with some definitive sourness on the back end. The finish is mouth puckering with a combination of sour raspberry, some white wine, oak and light barrel sweetness. Slightly jammy as well in the sweetness department.
M: Light bodied. Medium high carbonation with a sour and sweet finish. A little drying in nature.
O: This was absolutely delicious. I sincerely enjoyed this one and wish I could have it again. Really balanced across all fronts. Tart, sour and sweet. Wonderful.

Poured out of a 6.3oz clear bottle wrapped in pink tissue paper. Nice shade of translucent red with little to no head.
Smells outstanding. Bright lemon, soft funk, must, rain water, waves upon waves of tart, seedy raspberry and jammy, sweet raspberry, with a subtle spicy oak note in the background.
Tastes of bright lemon and sweet fresh raspberries, a bit of cheesy funk and very slight oak presence. Really, really, good.
Medium carbonation with a slightly tannic finish.
This was a real surprise, totally outstanding. I enjoyed it decidedly more than FfaC and Coolship Red and would put it in the same conversation as Upland Raspberry in the realm of American framboise. Hopefully they re-brew this at some point, because I want more.
