22oz bomber.

The beer pours a deep copper color, almost a red tinged brown. A finger of off-white foam recedes rapidly leaving a thick coaster. Sticky lacing clings to the sides of the glass. Smells of fruity hops and pale malt. Lots of citrus in the nose. Taste follows suit with flavors of fresh oranges, pineapple and mango up front. Citrus fruit gives way to mild bitterness and biscuity pale malt mid-palate. More orange qualities return in the finish and a bitter aftertaste lingers a bit. Feel is medium with a medium level of carbonation. Overall this is a very tasty and quite drinkable offering from Schmaltz. Picked this up on a whim and now glad I did.

Poured into a chilled pint glass

A - dark copper with an off white head- awesome lacing left throughout.

S - not too much hops off the nose just a lot of Carmel.

T- pretty malty and sweet with an undertone of pine like hops. Usually not a fan of the hoppy AND malty type beers but this ones actually balanced incredibly well. Starts with sweet Carmel malts that go through out and at the end you get a small hop presence that's silenced with more sweet malts.

M - somewhat creamy, decently carbonated.

Overall, the flavor isn't awesome on this beer per say- but it's the perfect balance that makes this beer so drinkable. I will say with a name like Hop Manna , do NOT expect a hop bomb because this beer is far from it. Anyway, not my preferred ipa type but I'd drink it again.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.

Pours a hazy honey color, leaving a thin white head that stays around a while, no lacing though. Smell is nice, citrus and pine hope aromas as well as some caramel notes. Taste is good, starts a little sweet and finishes with a nice lingering bitterness. Taste definitely has a lot of citrus character as well as pine and earth notes. Medium carbonation and body, mouthfeel is slightly resin like. Overall a fine example of an IPA, hard to knock it down for much and even harder to compare since there are so many differences within the style. But it is a very good, easily drinkable IPA, will definitely remember it for the future.

A- Pours a slight hazy amber color with a huge lacy head to it. The head sticks around as a lace for basically the whole bottle.

S- Great hopy smell that just gives that classic IPA scent to it.

T- A very hopy beer. Good flavor, I just wish there was more to it.

M- Lightly carbonated, the body feels light and watery.

O- A pretty good beer, but I think it isn't up to the standard that I have come to expect from Schmaltz Brewing. I will finish the beer and enjoy, I just wish I was enjoying it more.
