(Old location on Belle Plaine)

Happened to be walking by today and decided to pop in and take a look. Located in a slightly tucked away storefront right off Lincoln, there was a fun sign on the door that simply said "Let's Make Beer!"

The staff were super helpful and friendly from the get go, and were equally willing to help casual non-homebrewers and uber nerds alike. We chatted about what they offer, including weekly Saturday classes for novices, custom recipe orders, grain milling, and more.

What stood out to me here was the deceptively simple organization of the store, which maximized the small space they had. A chalkboard wall in the back listed the several dozen hop varieities that were currently in stock. Overall this is a great resource to have in the area.
