Our Gold Rush is a full-flavored Belgian-inspired ale with notes of honey, clove and baking spice.

From Beer Drop, no dating on the can.
It pours a hazy orange with an ample head of foam, some good lacing.
The smell is sweet with hints of tartness. Cloves and candi sugar, yeasty, earthy.
The taste is yeasty, light tartness, candi sugar, lemon, coriander. Quite the mix of flavours. Alcohol is noticeable.
Medium bodied, lightish carbonation.
Interesting but I don't think I would want it again.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of bubblegum, caramel and toffee. Sweet toffee, caramel, fruitiness and a mild spiciness.

This is so weak. I wonder if this place has ever drank any of the beers in this style before. The mouthfeel is medium with non existent flavor. To me anyways this drinks like a super average lager. I'll stick with Delirium.

Hazy gold color, small white head that disappears quickly
Sweet malt aroma, that's about it for smell
Sweet white bread, light touch of hops late.
Medium mouthfeel
Easy drinking, be careful of the 8.7% ABV

Very mild taste, not very carbonated. Almost no head. Not bad, but not good.

From Beer Drop, my second beer from them in my first shipment. Not coincidentally, I am the first reviewer outside of Colorado. I also see that my fellow Poo-Bah, StonedTrippin (who I look up to, despite him being at least half my age), had this Belgian five years ahead of me. Without doing further research, this indicates that Pikes Peak does not distribute to the Midwest. So, I'm glad to try their wares via Beer Drop.
I'm Looking at an average Belgian pale; more foam persisting through the glass would improve it. I take this as the result of a tired yeast. Smells are more familiar, hard juicy fruit from a tree. Tastes are even more familiar, perhaps a reliance on Belgian candy sugar... but I got a sweet tooth. Cleansing on the palate and medium bubbles and breadth in the mouth. I planned to have dinner with this, but the sugar got the better of me and I finished it. But for the food test, there is always the second can from Beer Drop. And it proved to be a decent pairing with a red pasta sauce.
As my first from Pikes Peak, they get my quickie brewer review. After two short days in Denver, Colorado's Front Range is on my Bucket List for the exploration of beauty and beer. I may not make it to Pikes Peak's brewhouse, but the taproom in Colorado Springs could be on my list. For a nine year old brewer, Pikes Peak should use more prose to explain who they are, etc. But they have lots of pretty pictures... but that also is not lots of work when you live in Paradise. Pikes Peak will elevate their game, I hope.
11/19/20 Second can is not as good as the first, but can't speculate why. Still, a decent effort. Noting this can on UnTappd.

From a chilled 12 oz. can into a 12 oz. clear glass tumbler; color is a hazy golden; a hefty hop smell; superb flavors, sweet, with a long lasting taste of dried wheat. Again, a dry feel with each taste. And, again, the "Gold Rush" label is now just "Gold" but there is still a nice rush of flavor. Smakelijk.
