Small place in a strip mall with 7 tables and a bar inside and a patio out back. Had a decent WCIPA that fit the bill quite well. Friendly knowledge service, kinda of reminded me of a well lit pre 90's local pub, which I kinda miss.

Brewers always willing to discuss their beers and methods openly without sounding like jerks. Very cozy atmosphere and warm vibe. Beers listed on a chalkboard as it should be.

Really awesome spot tucked back off the highway in a little strip mall sort of building. Their space is huge but it feels comfortable and welcoming. Big long bar with the brewery in the back, cozy chairs and a fire place, a comfortable back room for live music and private events, and a sprawling patio that would be a blast in nicer weather. Very homey, lots of attention to detail, and the people were great. Bartender Daniel was a real genuine dude who knew his stuff, and the other staff were happy to chat and show me around. Beers were better than expected and actually quite distinctive across the board. A kettle soured red IPA was the star, but the Belgian golden and oatmeal stout are also excellent, they seem to have a great mix, something for everyone including the curious beer geeks, which is awesome. I guess they plan to expand soon, I am glad to hear that business is going so well. I hope they don't loose the feeling and vibe here, this was one of my favorite brewery visits this year!!

Love this place, Great outdoor Biergarten, and Elephant Rock IPA is just awesome, I come here every time I am in town and hang out with my friends. I've been going here since they first opened and its been awesome to see how it has grown over the years.

I was really impressed with Pikes Peak. Not only is their beer great, but they have quite a selection of beers already that they produce. The patio is pretty nice, with mountain views and a duck pond nearby. Despite proximity to the interstate, road noise was not an issue. Staff was cool and they actually fill up gigantic 24 oz cans for you at the brewery if you are so inclined.

Good, consistent beer with some excellent special brews (1302 & 1306). Friendly local hangout.

Stopped for a flight. Beers ranged from good to very good, seemed to excel at darker and more malt based styles. Tap room was modern, not too congested, and had a good pub feeling. Outdoor seating as well. Didn't try any food. Really like the place and will probably stop again.

Nice little brewpub in a small strip mall right off of I-25. Their beers are on the OK to good side, nothing really stands out, but nothing bad either. I really liked their Elephant Rock IPA. Their staff is pretty friendly and well versed on their beers. We went on a winter Friday afternoon/early evening and the place was standing room only. We ordered a Meat And Cheese platter and waited a half hour, only to be told there was no more food available (I think they have a local caterer bring in their food, since they don't have a full kitchen). I've also been there during the summer, and they have a very nice "biergarten" outside, very kid & dog friendly! Nice place to stop and grab a brew!

Arguably making the best beer in the greater Colorado Springs area.
Their Summit House Barrel Stout is one of the better Barrel stouts made in Colorado. (They released their first bottled offering - Summit House Barrel Stout 6/5/12)
Solid core of beers. Hoppy red is solid.
Speedy service and head brewer is always around to talk about their beers, which is an added plus. The Monument community is very lucky to have this place.
Kid-friendly and the locals are always there. Extremely clean and easy to get to (Right off I-25)
A hidden gem amongst the recent new breweries along the front range of CO.
Not too big of a place, but the right size for the Monument community.
I envision bigger and better things to come out of here in the near future.

Just off the interstate on the end of an old strip mall is this gem of a brewpub. This was the last stop on out area brewpub crawl so I wasn't feeling like getting any food and my notes from that part of the day are a bit sloppy. The interior has great decor with a copious amount of woodwork. The bar spans most the length of the restaurant, and sitting at the bar gives you a view of the modest brewing tank area. The staf is fun, singing to eachother and chatting up the customers. Since the place just opened a monther earlier and I had no info on their beers, we ordered two samplers. They were out of two of their beers and had two "guest" beers in their place. I was quite pleased with the red.
The bathroom is very clean and has a large poster with lots of beer info on it. The patio area looks nice. Overall it's a good brewpub that's fun and enjoyable. If visiting the Springs crew we'll have to stop by again.
