Brought by a friend from Helsinki, Finland.
Dark brown color, medium carbonation, medium creamy head, nice lacework.
Smell of brown candy sugar. Surprisingly, no spices in the nose.
Rroper start - roasted malts and a bit of caramel. Taste is not especially rich, with spices absent and hops appearing towards finish. Body medium-light, mouthfeel clean and near-watery. Nice nutty tones close to the finish. Lots of hops in the last drops, long toffeish-bisquity aftertaste.
Not bad for a Dark Lager, too simple for a Christmas Beer. Worth a try? But of course!

This X-mas beer has a light brown colour and a very light beerish smell (a bit malt, a bit hops, a lot of water). Taste is watery. Some hops and a little malt. The thing with this beer is that it is BROWN! and people think that you're supposed to drink a beer like this on christmas. Comes in 6-packs. It doesn't have the body, warming alcohol or malty goodness that would make it a nice winter beer.

This beer has a ruby color with an orange tint. It has a hoppy aroma and a medium bosdy that tastes of caramel (the Vienna Malt is very evident), but it not overly sweet. It finishes crisp and clean with a fairly large hop finish. A good lager that has just the right amount of bite.
