A: The beer is slightly hazy pale yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lemongrass are present in the nose along with hints of yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of apples and green grapes.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this beer to be a bit fruiter compared to other saisons.

12 oz can into a tulip glass.

Pours a cloudy straw color with 2 fingers of fluffy eggshell white head. Great retention for the style.

The aroma brings strong notes of grassiness, hay, a bit of funk, soap, and a fair amount of yeast. There's some grapefruit, orange and lemon zest with some lighter notes of pear and peach.

The taste is quite citrusy with notes of ruby red grapefruit, lemon, and blood orange. There's plenty of yeast and grass, as well as peach, pear, cilantro, and earthy hops on the finish.

The feel is medium-light bodied with good carbonation. Crisp and effervescent with a bone-dry finish.

Overall, this is a great farmhouse ale that's full of flavor yet highly drinkable. Hits all the notes you expect in a good saison.

Can from Vinyl Beer on the UES NYC. Pours an opaque dark/amber yellow with a flash of thin white head that dissipates, smell is funky grassy plum, peach, and doughy malts, hints of clove and pine, taste is pineapple juice and guava, funky grassy bitterness, hints of clove and pine on the finish, feel is medium bodied, bright carbonation. A bright and grassy pineapple/tropical treat.

Cloudy, pale lemonade yellow with a fat finger of soapy white head. Decent lacing.

Lemon and bergamot, soap-like saison yeast, light white pepper and floral hops in the nose.

Fairly traditional saison yeast base in the taste, with a touch of sweetness, plenty of citrus (again led by lemon) and some green hops (grassy, leafy, earthy, nice).

Medium bodied with light creaminess and enough carbonation.

Fun spin that doesn’t stray all too far from a classic Belgian saison.

Had this on tap at Seymour in Greenfield. The beer had a murky, yellow appearance with no head. Slightly grassy smell with a good mix of peach and tangerine. The taste was buttery bread mixed with the aromas sensed. Medium body. Overall, I felt the aromas were the best aspect to this beer.

On draft at the Armsby Abbey. Pours a nice hazy orange with a
two finger chewy white head. Tastes of citrus followed by a hint of
pepper and saison fuzziness. Wonderful mouthful.

On-tap 12/3/2015 at Armsby Abbey in Worcester, MA, served in a tulip glass.

A: The beer is a light yellow color, with a large white head that fades slowly and leaves a spotty lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains Belgian yeast funk, citrus, light caramelized malts and some hops.

T: The taste starts out tart with flavors of citrus and esters. Then some breadiness comes in from a light malt character. The hops presence is strong for the style but not over-powering and brings some balance. The after-taste is slightly tart and slightly hoppy.

M: Crisp and smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean and dry.

O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, good kick, good hoppy representation of style, this is a solid beer to drink for a while.
