3/14/19 bottle from the brewery in Portland during 2020 trip to Maine. Pours opaque straw yellow with fluffy white head that lingers, smell is sour grassy funk, lemon, sour green apple peel, and underripe peach, taste is floral/daisy, lemon, green apple, peach skin, hints of funky grass and bright spice, finishes with funky and borderline bitter dry lemon zest and oak, feel is light and vibrant. A Vivacious fruity/funky/flowery sour delight. Yemz.

Bottle dated March, 2019, drank July, 2020 out of a tulip.

Beautiful beer. Shiny light gold. Two finger white head that faded to a nice layer of head with beautiful and artful lacing. A light Brett smell, not overpowering. Taste is classic Oxbow - saison with nicely accented Brett and a oak. Tasted great cold out of the fridge, like I could drink it at this temperature all night. Even more tasty as it warmed up. Just a beautiful beer.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, green session. Aroma has funky farmhouse notes, hay and meadow flowers. Taste is tart and dry with some aspirin notes. Dry, effervescent feel.

First, I am not BEERtech so there.

Hazy straw appearance.

Lemon and funk on the nose.

Tart lemon with funk. Clean. Almost like there is lemon juice in this. Not dry finish...Slight juice-like finish but like this
