From Labor Day weekend notes:
Light pink head over blood pink body with minimal lacing.
Nose of raspberry, lime, with a bit of minerality as well.
Taste mirrors nose with a beautiful finish.
Very nice feel and overall a real nice fruited sour lager from Oxbow.
Cheers!

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery.

A - Poured into a standard tulip a nice hazy pinkish red color with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin halo.

S - Aromas of nice big funk, farmhouse lambic funk, little raspberry juice

T - Taste is big tart jammy raspberries, nice lambic funk little cheesy farmhouse funk. There is a lingering raspberry tart sour finish.

M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, lighter bod, crisp.

O - Overall not bad, nice lambic farmhouse funky beer with decent raspberry notes. Could be a bit brighter though.

Pours a beautiful magenta. Some raspberry aroma on the nose, also you can smell the lactic acid. The raspberries are quite prominent, but not to the point of jamminess. There's a bit of herbal, chamomile/heather fruit skin in there with a touch of what can be described as tasting like how rubber cement smells. That flavor fades a bit as the beer warms. I want to like this more, but that character detracts from the whole for me.

A: Gorgeous...glowing pink with tons of bubbles. Looks like strawberry soda.

S: Grass, manure, tartness

T: Raspberry soda. Bright, tart, sweet, loads of funk. Finishes with a nice breadiness.

O: Lovely. Very unique at least for me. The last time I had an aged lager was when I found a Budweiser under my dorm room bed. It wasn't this good.
