Pours a golden. Unripe aka tart pricot on the nose. With stone fruits, there is a tendency for these mixed ferm beers to get too sulfuric, acidic, BAD, and this does not do that. The fruit is there but never goes too far and it is dry with a nice malt backbone. Really lovely.

Bottle from Oxbow Blending and Bottling in Portland, ME. Pours an opaque straw yellow with fluffy finger of white head that lingers, smell is sweet and sour freshly cut apricot, hints of sour apple flesh, apple cider, and apple seeds, mild yeasty funk, taste is bright apricot soda, sharply underripe apricot and sour apple up front, transitions into fruity almost jolly rancher sweetness and finishes with another strong wave of apricot that lingers, this beer is light and well carbonated, has an almost sharp/spicy/prickliness to it. Apricot nectar through and through. Yum.
