An intricate and complex blend, the 2021 cuvée incorporates threads of two-year-old barrel-aged biere de miel, two-year-old smoked farmhouse ale, one-year-old barrel-aged farmhouse wheat beer and unaged biere de miel.

10 oz draft pour at Frisco Taphouse in Gambrills, MD. I didn't read the full description of this so I wasn't looking for and didn't notice any smoke character - it basically struck me as a moderately sour oak-aged blonde with some citrusy and peppery/herbal notes. Interesting and fun to try.
