On tap at Duckfat. Served in a snifter. Pale golden body. Small white head. Smells grainy and wheaty. A touch of yeast. Strong wheat taste and yeast. Almost tastes like it will be tart. Slightly lemony flavor builds in the finish. Light body and super easy drinking. Nice light saison.

On tap at Ebenezer's Pub.

Pours a clear, golden straw color with a 2 finger white head. Nice retention and lacing.

Lots of spicy wheat on the nose with some lemony tartness on the back end.

The flavor has a lot of peppery yeast, as well as some citrus. Slightly tart, with a grassy, earthy flavor on the back end.

The feel is medium-light bodied with good carbonation. Very crisp, dry, and refreshing.

Overall, a very good, easy drinking saison. Will be an excellent beer for a hot day.

This beer, which is closer to a sour than a classic saison, pours a clear pale yellow, so pale it's more of an unusually colored greenish grey.

Loretta has a good amount of sour, cheesy, lemony funk that makes it seem that a good amount of brett has taken ahold here, even though there is no marketing material stating as such.
