Beautiful white color with a touch of yellow. Nice head, no lace.

Sour nose with lemon notes.

Peppery hop taste and aftertaste. Very effervescent. Refreshing. Not very sour taste.

Pours with a thin head that has pretty good retention. The beer itself is a medium hazy (still can't quite see through it) bright yellow-orange color. The nose is yeasty with some floral type hop aroma, the hop profile is very moderate. The taste is a smooth draw of very light lemon and citrus flavor that slowly builds to a nice moderate lemon lime peak that slowly fades without ever really getting bitter. This is a wonderful summer beer, very light, moderately citrusy, with some nice floral hop notes. A definite buy again.

I tried this on tap at Federal Taphouse -served chilled in a tulip

The color is very pale golden with thin white head with spots of lace sticking and visible carbonation in the glass. The smell has a light phenolic almost band-aid and subtle hay-like scent with mild spice and funky brett-like odor with slight medicinal and earthy aroma with woody accent. The feel has a light toasted and sparkling texture with very effervescent edge that overpowers the mild sweetness and there is a light fruity tangy acidic yeast accent with bone dry finish.

The taste has slight yeast in the initial flavor with fruit tang up front and mild malt in the middle with subtle hint of grainy sweetness and light dry spice with a phenolic flavor in the background. Overall this is ok but doesn't rise to the level of other beers I have tried by Oxbow a little lackluster compared to my expectations perhaps- a decent light bodied farmhouse

On tap at Goods from the Woods 2014 with Festero. The spelt gives this a cereal almost cheerios character which worked quite well with the yeasty esters. Light refreshing brew that I quite enjoyed.
