The colour is pale gold, the liquid hazy. The two finger high airy white head sinks slowly down to a thin lid leaving no lacing.
The smell is hoppy and semi-sweet: Grapefruit, lemon peel, banana and some mango. It is clean and fresh with a touch of rubber in the background.
The taste is bitter, with passing notes of salt and cardboard. Exotic fruits, grapefruit and lemon juice. The body is weak, the flavours overall thin. The aftertaste is very thin with some bitter citric flavours and some butter cookies. Bitter herbs and hops in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong; the big bubbles fresh and short-lived. The liquid is smooth.
Very thin and quite hoppy/bitter. Well…
