When I pour the beer, it has a Amber Amber colored beer.
The foam is fine and white with big bubbles that leave traces in the glass.
Fruity aromas and hops much passion and behind one finds grapefruit and some citrus.
A little small sweet tones will and a little malt aroma.
Smells a little green apple far away.
Good hopped taste with some bitterness, some maltighet
Lots of passion fruit and grapefruit followed by apricot and orange.
The sweetness of honey and some spices.
After the taste is at a convenient time, but a moderate bitterness.
Nice carbonation bubbling like that small and guys palate.

Brewed and bottled 2015-05-06. Best before January 2016.
Clear, dark amber, beer with a huge, four finger high, white head that leaves a lot of lacing on the glass.
Nose: Orange, mandarin, caramel malt, citrus and resin.
Taste: Malt, dried fruit, caramel, grape fruit and passion fruit.
Body: Medium body. Light carbonated. Medium bitterness.

A slightly hazy deep brass colored beer, an off-white thick head with little lacing but some curtains.
Smelling citric, lime, grape-fruit, tin can.
Starting with some fruity sweetness, then much lemon and grape-fruit, a crushed lemon seed finish.
Medium carbonation, rather soft, slightly oily, a good long dry finish.
An APA on the border to AIPA. Good with strong Thai food.

Thanks to Baggio for this random Swedish beer. Bottle best before April 2012.
Clear pale golden body topped by a lasting white cap. Lemon and orange citrus forward hop aroma with some bready, doughy malts beneath. Simple but clean. Palate is pretty good, crisp and bright with tangerine, lemon rind, and big bready malt. Strong mineral character, and quite bitter, though not overwhelmingly so. Pretty refreshing stuff, I enjoyed this quite a bit.

Tasted well chilled from a bottle poured into a tulip taster glass.
A: A very pale and clean color. When poured from the bottle into the tulip glass it gets a small foamy head. When glass is twirled lots of small carbonation bubbles are created.
S: Fresh clean, the little malty scent is quickly turned into a bitter hoppy one.
T: Starts with a little sweet malty taste but just as the smell, it quickly turns into a hoppy one. The hops are tasting a lot and very fresh, gives you a great hoppy bitterness.
M: The small carbonation bubbles does a good work giving you that bubbly biting feeling together with the bitter hoppyness.
O: This is a great debut from the newly started PangPang brewery. Everything you want from an american pale ale is there, you get the fresh clean hoppyness you want, the great lively feel from the carbonation is there as well. I'm looking forward for more brews from PangPang-brewery in the future.

Apperance: Golden copperish with a small, white, head and some lacing.
Smell: Exotic fruit, Caramel, Resin, Citric notes. The use of Nelson Sauvin hops are evident.
Taste: Caramel, Malt, Exotic fruit, Citric notes, Hint of herbs, Grass.
Palate: Medium carbonation with small bubbles. Very balanced beer with lots of fruity hops. Drinks really nice.
A very good first beer from Pang Pang Brewery. I'd drink this more often it it wasn't for the expensive pricetag.

Appearance Classy artwork on the label. This Max Payne type of guy, adjusting his tie. Anyways, this one pours a golden yellow with a lean towards orange. Head’s two fingers and disappears fast. Curtains are long and stick to the glass easily. Not too many bubbles visible.
Smell Holy Moly! A big basket of exotic fruits it is. Dominant passion fruit aroma, background of grapefruit and hibiscus notes. It’s also a sweet treat, that the malt brings forth. A certain sourish note reminiscent of green apples.
Taste Bittering hops and grape fruit, lots of it. Still some of that floral and passion fruit but very toned down. Bits of orange.
Mouthfeel Medium body, low carb and wishy washy liquid. Unfortunately the low carbonation only contributes the lack of flavor, cutting the taste short.
In conclusion
For a being the first beer (2nd batch) to come out of this brewery I must say I’m impressed. It also makes my heart skip a beat knowing this brew was made locally in Stockholm suburb Hökarängen. Could they only bring up the carbonation and prolong its existens another 20 min we’d have an all-round winner. Nonetheless I like this beer a whole alot. Keep brewing and improving!
