A tart, fruity sour beer. Dr. Robot is as playful as its name. After souring to a delightfully tart level, we add blackberry juice and lemon zest to enhance and balance the flavor. The juice gives this beer a pink hue. The perfect blend of sweet and sour, Dr. Robot is a refreshing year-round sipper.

12oz can served in a tulip. Brought to me by @mr-jj. "Disassemble by: 10/24/19"
Pours a mahogany-reddish color with little head and lots of carbonation. Smell is tart berry jam.
Taste is tart berry jam. A little kettle sour flavor.
Mouthfeel is medium and well carbonated. Overall, pretty good.

Just tried this as it was the only sour at The Pint Room, who usually has Saporous on tap. It's an ok sour. I've seen it at the grocery store a lot, though I feel that there are other Georgia brewed sours that are better. (Like Saporous)
The blackberry juice makes for a dark purple color and the lemon zest adds a nice citrus boost.

Oddly enough it pours red in color with a white head.

Blackberry is prominent in the pour, but the lemon holds its own in the taste. A fun sour to throw in to the rotation, enjoyed it.

A very interesting brew. Light and crisp. Almost has a seltzer like feel, blackberry and lemon flavors dominate but the beer flavors looms in the background.
