Notes: We took three different sour barrel beers and combined them to create this delicious blend. A golden lager, a cranberry Berliner, and Framingham Lager with apricot were soured in a mix of red and white wine barrels for up to 2 years before blending- creating a tart, funky, and slightly sweet beer.

A - Three fingers of dense white head with a soapy top. Reduces to a cap and collar. Tons of visible carbonation. Translucent, light golden-yellow.

S - Tart fruit - cranberry, stone fruit, and lemon - as well as some sweet stone fruit. Touch of vanilla and oak. Slight funk. Light, bready malt.

T - Starts slightly tart with a touch of vinegar. Some cranberry and stone fruit. Bready malt takes over towards the back with underlying dry, vinous qualities. A bit of tart cranberry juice to finish things out.

M - Light bodied. Clean, tart finish. A little thin/watery towards the backend.
