My first whiff from JA. Suffers from what many macro radlers do - a lack of balance. Far more bitter wheatiness here than refreshing fruit. Orange flavor is much more like the bitter rind of the orange than the juice.

This Tastes like a regular lager. I didn't taste blood orange or any orange for that matter. Just tasted like a plain lager. What a disappointment...

A: The beer is very hazy reddish yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving only a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of wheat are present in the nose along with hints of blood oranges.
T: The taste has stronger flavors of blood oranges that linger into the finish.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a nice light mouthfeel, which paired with its low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink and perfectly sessionable.

In my pint glass it is a pretty beer. A pinkish/orange color with only a hint of a head. Remember, though, looks can be deceiving.
There is a faint citrus aroma.
Taste is orange, and nothing else.
Thin and watery in the mouth.

12-oz. can, canned on 03/02/18 took a aggressive pour to get a clingy ring of white foam. Almost no lacing.
Looks like hazy orange-aid.
Weak smell at first, needs a swish to get some yeast and citrus.
Lite tangy taste at first, malt and the blood orange combine for a navel orange/pink grapefruit middle that gives way to a tangy and bitter citrus finish. Faint hops.
Mouthfeel mirrors the taste; lite at first, becoming richer in the middle as the surprising amount of CO2 kicks in and then a slighty artificial orange astringency at the end.
I enjoyed my first fruit/veg beer, juicy then "oh yes" this is a beer. Perfect for summer.

Not a fan of this beer whatsoever. Frankly, it doesn't even taste like a beer. This is a disappointing beer from a solid brewer of good beers. Jack's Abby gets a mulligan on this one!
