Notes: Citrus and tropical hops dominate the aroma (think tangerine with pineapple). Oats and wheat contribute a soft full-bodied mouthfeel that finishes with very little bitterness.

Hazy yellow orange with a foamy white head. Similar to their New England IPA except the head isn't quite as thick. Aroma has elements of juicy citrus and floral hops. Thinner body but not lacking for flavor. Orange juice and grapefruit come to mind, floral hops that provide some balance. Lightly bitter and just enough to let the hop flavors flourish. Body is just lacking slightly, creating a watery feel that leaves you wanting a little. But overall the beer is solid, a little juicy with nice flavors, if a little one-note.

12oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $1.99. Not sure exactly when it was canned, but "Best Before 10/25/2020," so maybe it was canned three months prior on 7/25/2020? That would make this can just 2 1/2 weeks old.

Look: Very hazy, orange, and almost opaque. Has a bit of a yellow/orange glow. One-finger fluffy white head slowly reduced to a thin layer of tiny white bubbles that sit on the surface.

Smell: Immediately, I get intense mango and papaya aromas. Upon cracking open the can, I caught a minty aroma also. Mango peach pineapple smoothie. Some stone fruits like apricots and peaches. Juicy aroma! Mild vanilla/creaminess comes through as well even though this has no lactose. It does have oats and wheat though. Very faint chalkiness. Nose finishes with grapefruit and orange peel, peach fuzz, mango skin. My mouth is watering!

Taste: Interesting. It's good, but not as intense as the nose was suggesting. I'll try to break it down. Definitely get some juiciness up front, lots of grapefruit and orange citrus with some bitter rind notes coming in on the mid- to back-palate. This finishes super light on the palate, with such faint bittering. The bittering is definitely there, but it doesn't linger so long. It feels like I just ate a peach. Mango on the back end also. A bit of a peppery, spicy finish too.

Feel: Soft and creamy mouthfeel, but not as creamy as a lot of other hazy IPAs out there. It's interesting because they added oat malt, wheat malt, and oats but it doesn't seem extra creamy to me.

Overall: Solid. Worth trying. A balanced NEIPA style overall - not too sweet and a good balance of tropical fruits, juiciness, and bitterness. It's just missing some intangible, indescribable quality that makes me want to say "Oh yeah, this is really good!" The market for hazy IPAs is so saturated that it really raises the bar to be able to satisfy the discriminating palate. I'm not sure if I'll get this particular one again, but I'll definitely try other offerings from Helltown.

A hazy American IPA. Not fruity but they aren't trying for that. Ingredients: water, malt, oats, wheat, hops, yeast. Interesting they add oats. Really smooth beer and not very hoppy. Seems much lower in alcohol than 6.7%
Nothing overly standoutish in a very crowded cloudy field. It is very cloudy. Overall I would drink this again and ready to have another.

pours super hazy honey colored with about one finger creamy off-white head. a thin bit of head remains throughout the session and there's nice lacing.
on the nose it is rich, ripe peach/apricot/tangerine, a little dank and a little citrus
taste follows the nose and the ripe fruit taste is quite tasty. the hops are buried but some bitterness comes through late
medium mouthfeel, another reviewer nailed it saying it's like drinking pulp-free orange juice
juicy ipa's aren't my favorite but this is a nice example.

Poured with a two inch thickwhite head. Great lacing. Color is yellow straw. Very hazy. Not much nose, but nice refreshing taste. Notes of citrus or age peel and tangerine. Not overly hopped. Juicy. Medium body and goes down smoothly.

Nice hazy golden color with a light tan head, loads of dank citrus aromas on the nose, the taste is dominated by tangerine flavors, along with some passion fruit. Really nice example of the style, IMHO.

From 12oz can into pint glass. Best before 11/2019. Opaque yellow color, a few floaters from the bottom of the can. White head, slight amount of lacing. Smells of faint orange juice on opening the can with hops coming through on the pour. Taste is more juicy than hoppy but bitterness is evident even if muted. Feel is soft and drinkable, like drinking pulp free OJ. Overall this is a decent beer. I've been spoiled by Trillium style hazy/juicy. This isn't that, but is a nice non-NE NEIPA.

Quite surprised to see no reviews on this can picked up from the House of 1,000 beers for just 2.75. Drank from the can so didn't see it but can assume it has a hazy unfiltered IPA looking. Quite a good bit of bitterness from this smooth and clean but not as refreshing as world class offerings. I would have it again though.
