Small head but it lasts. Some splotches for lace. Clear, darker dirty gold color.

Caramel aroma with some neutral hop for balance. Appealing, but uncomplicated.

Solid crystal malt base. This lingers as long as the liquid stays in the mouth. The swallow brings about a very strong, bitter hop bite, creating a long lingering aftertaste. Very low alcohol warmth for the DIPA style. High carbonation, neutral body.

Golden color with a huge white head and lots of carbonation. Really hoppy and fruity smell, you get strawberries, bananas, grapefruits, oranges. You get a lot of the malt taste in your mouth which was surprising, and it's less fruity than what it smells. It's bitter but not as bitter as you would expect an Imperial IPA to be.

Best before 04/2016.

Pours a copper gold body, decent head but sides of glass are slathered in lacing. Aroma and flavor are of candied hops, some fleshy orange with a certain dryness. Body lacks a little for a DIPA but a good effort overall.

Pours a clear copper/amber with a 2 finger foamy off-white head.

N: Lots of caramel malt and big citrus hop notes. Cereal, Grapefruit.

T: Lots of cereal and citrus. Not too bitter.

M: A really nice mouthfeel with low-medium carbonation. Very easy to drink.

O: A nice easy drinker for an imperial. Well-balanced and definitely a good beginner IPA. I'm a bigger fan of nice orange unfiltered 80+ IBU IPA's but it's nice to bring something a little different into the mix
