On tap at the Denver airport. Pours a golden yellow with lots of lacing. Grapefruit is dominant but not overbearing. It's a good session IPA that I'd order again.

Beautiful and clear amber hued body; nice head, lasting. Sublime ester bouquet on the nose; mano and pineapple. Excellent light malt backbone with a prominent hop bitterness; cracker and biscuit. Medium body; crisp and sharp on the palate; warm; dry mouthfeel.
This beer is a pleasant revelation. It exudes classic west coast IPA qualities and drinks easily. Very nice.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance - The beer is served a golden amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades rather fast to leave a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma is mainly of a light citrus of tangerine and grapefruit as well as a pale malt smell. Mixed with these aromas comes a little bit of herb and some light grain.
Taste -The taste begins with a crisp bready flavor that is the backbone taste of the brew. Along with these flavors comes some tastes of sweet tangerine and grapefruit hop citrus. As that taste advances a herbal and piney tastes come to the tongue, with these hop tastes soon outweighing the citrus. A little lemon comes at the very end and leaves one with a crisp and bitter taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the brew is medium to thin in thickness with average carbonation. For the crisp and resinous hop the feel is quite nice and refreshing.
Overall - A pretty nice and slightly more crisp brew overall. A good one to at least try.

Canned April 16th 2019.
Smells kinda old school. Lots of bitter grapefruit citrus, some grass, hidden malt presence that I would say is toasted.
Taste is also old school. Grapefruit citrus is mighty bitter, grass and some light pine, toasted malt that adds? a mild sweetness. This is quite bitter.
Good mouthfeel. Good satisfying IPA.

Surprised by the mouth, taste and look! An IPA that isn't too citrus or too Hoppy. I'm Happy!

Canned On: 06/29
Poured into a tulip a nice hazy dark golden orangy color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger off-white head, which leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a nice little citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango). The taste is hoppy, malty, with a nice little citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango). Medium body, ABV is hidden nicely, with a dry/bitter finish. Overall, a tasty brew.

On tap at the airport. Cloudy gold, no head. Smell of pine on a rainy day. Taste follows with hops and citrus, orange peel. Medium feel, very good.

The last beer of a my weeklong So-Cal/Colorado jaunt. Sampled on tap, at a Fat Burger in the Denver airport.
This is a refreshingly older school American IPA: hazy amber pour, smooth and balanced in both aroma and flavor, with piney citrus hops, light citrus nodes, and a firm maltiness on the back end to smooth everything out. It's nothing particularly unique, but it's still nicely done.

Poured into a shaker pint glass.
Look: Light burnt orange body, light cream colored head. Light film, collar, and random small splotches of lacing.
Aroma: Pine, spruce wood notes with big apricot and mango sweetness, slightly dank on the back end.
Taste: Starts out woody and dank with hop bitterness and mustiness. Orange zest citrus comes in with subtle tropical fruits.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied.
Overall: Pretty nice flavors with both wood and fruit.

I don’t know if I just got a bad six pack or what, but this beer smells and tastes like feet. No I do not like the taste or smell of feet. Everyone apparently loves this so considering trying it again, but very hesitant because I am not a fan of spending $11 to taste toes after they have been stuck all day in skin tight socks and black boots on a 105 degree day. Disappointed because I love their preztel assassin and graham cracker beer.
