BEER INFO

Brewed by:

Kansas, United States

Style: American IPA

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 7.00%

Availability: Year-round

Notes / Commercial Description:
Hopheads Unite! This India Pale Ale has enough hop assertiveness to stand up to the IPAs of the Pacific Northwest. The Warrior and Amarillo hops are a one-two punch to the senses and provide a pleasant, spicy, citricy hop bitterness and flavor across the palate and deep into the finish.

Pours a clear darker amber, light coppery color with off-white head. Citrus, pine, and some light grass/hay on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied and smooth. Finishes with more fruit and some pine.

Good IPA from Wichita. I have been drinking so many crazy East Coast IPA's, so it's not really fair to rate this now, but it's just not the same. It's amazing the how some East Coast brewers are able to suspend yeast.

Pours Haze burnt orange, nice head that dissipates quickly, not super tropical, but has a nice bitter finish. As good as any Boulevard IPA's.

The go-to IPA right here, folks. Others compare but if you live in the Wichita area and are looking for an IPA, you can't go wrong w this one. I get about a six-pack of these like every two days. Not good w describing beers and their profiles n shit but if you like IPA's, this one is well worth it! I've tried bad ones and this is in my top 3 and a definite go-to IPA!

Nice golden body with a relatively thin, sticky white head; rings of lacing along the glass. Spicy, pine aroma with caramel malt tones. Spicy, bitter flavor. Heavy body; coarse; sticky sweetness on the palate.

Picked up a six-pack in Abilene a few weeks back while traveling back to Colorado. There is not freshness date available. There is some lack of depth to the aroma, but who knows how long the beer had been in the can. Regardless, the beer is an above average IPA in the taste department and is worth checking out.

12 oz can

Pours medium Amber, heavily hazed, frothy medium tan cap, leaving long lasting and fine fields of stick.

Earthy hop infused nose.

Hopped up IPA, resiny, piney, on the bitter side of a lot of recent IPAs I've sampled. Meh, not my favorite

A - Amber color with a small, white head of foam.

S - Piney, citrusy and floral.

T - It tasted of piney bitterness with some tropical fruits. Slightly bready with a touch of caramel.

M - It was crisp and sharp.

O - This is a nice IPA.
