Tiny hole in the wall store. Relatively small selection with a decent number of local options and Belgians. The best thing about the store is you can get singles of just about anything. The prices are higher but it's nice to have the option.

I live right around the corner from this place and it's my "go-to" if I need to pick up something in a rush or am having friends visit, etc. For a small store it has a decent variety of local and national craft beers, which is all displayed in coolers. The freshness is hit or miss...I found a Maine Beer Company "King Titus" Porter which was only a few months old...but also found a Firestone Walker Double Jack from January 2015. Service is fine, it's so small that the only real interaction comes when you enter and check-out. Convenient place to grab a bottle or six-pack.

This is a new establishment located directly across the street from Rock Bottom. As previous reviews state, this is small with narrow aisles, most of them being stacked with wine. The beers are to be found in the coolers - several shelves in the back are dedicated to bombers (a lot of Allagash for some reason.) Anyway, they did have a six-pack of DC Brau - who recently entered the Maryland "beer scene." It's not the greatest place around .... but this is Bethesda, so at least be grateful for something.

[Not a big fan of Bethesda.]

A- A tiny little place with several shelves of wine and a couple coolers of beer. It had a converted art gallery feel to it.
Q- Beer is fresh, in coolers, not in bright light.
Ser- Service is friendly if you approach them. Not much effort generally to approach you.
Sel- Selection is small but there's good stuff there. Magic Hat, Heavy Seas, DFH, St bernardus, Ommegang, Stone, 21st Amendmant, and a couple Oskar Blues off the top of my head.
Six packs were a dollar or two more than what I see most places. Bombers were about par for the course. Not bad for DC area price standards I suppose. A decent place to grab some beers.
