From a bottle, pours light yellow with a big fluffy head.
The nose is all brett, touch of honey, dry yeast and a good barnyard funk. The flavor is a little grainy, more honey, bit of cheese, hay, some barnyard mustiness. The finish is a bit astringent, which the brett could be cut a bit with something to take down the harshness of it.
Overall, this is pretty good.
