750 ml into a tulip.
Nothing too fancy on the pour, but kinda "just right." The honey is evident in the color, as it looks like it came out of squeeze bottle shaped like a bear. Foam is a bit sticky, but not overly so. I have a terrible nose, but I try to do my best ... The brett is evident in the tulip, but not dominant, like Das Uberkind is. Don't be mistaken, though, it's not subtle either. Aside from that, I get some lemon and wheat coming with it. Tasting it, I get a zesty, refreshing little burst of the brett, which then lingers pleasantly. From a saison standpoint, it doesn't have a lot of the earthy tones that I usually expect, but there's an undercurrent of it that hides behind the brett that you get up front, in the middle, and after the finish.

Overall, I really like this one, and find that it has a LOT of pairing potential. I got my max of four at the brewery, and if they have any left, would go back for more.
