A: Medium gold. Soapy, rocky white head. Quickly fades.

S: Well fermented tart apples, pears, white grape, sweetened summer corn. Ethanol, coriander, honey.

M: noticeable alcohol. A little heavy in feel. Med to full bodied. Some tart dryness around the edges.

T: Zesty lemon-orange citrus. Sweet and spicy phenols; clove and bubblegum. Belgian candi sugar. Darker and spicy malt profile; grainy coriander. overall impression is lemongrass and ginger. Wouldn't drink this as a refresher.

Deep apricot with a thick white head and virtually no lacing. Apples, pear, barnyard funk, Belgian fruity yeast and some floral qualities. Taste follows exactly. Not as carbonated as expected with a light medium body. Overall this was one I liked in a style I'm not a huge fan of.

On-tap @ Copper Mine Pub in North Arlington, NJ.

Hazy amber color with a small white head. Good retention, slight lacing. Fruity aroma, a hint of cherry, balanced with spicy hops. Medium bodied and effervescent with a very dry finish. A touch on the heavier side for a saison but still so drinkable, as the alcohol is well hidden. Another solid beer from this outstanding brewery.
