On tap at Packs Tavern.
Clear dark amber body with a durable bine colored head that left fine lacing.
Nice hoppy aroma. The aroma is APA intensity, as is the flavor. Mild bitterness.
Smooth, medium body.
O:Excellent for style.

This one pours red golden color that is nicely opaque with an off white head that is thick, long lived. The head settles extremely slowly and leaves a very nice lacing down the glass.

The nose is very pleasant with grassy and pine notes of the hop dominated aroma. This one is very nice and the grassy notes have some floral notes that remind me of lavender and elder flower with some almost unnoticeable breadiness.

The taste is a very interesting attack of hops that are very bitter and do a good job of subduing the extremely sweet malt. One could almost miss this sweetness but it lingers on the lips where the foam touches. The hops are almost too strong for such a brew but are just about perfect.

The mouthfeel is just right to deliver the complexity of the hoping but not so that the bitter surges and falls off nicely.

Overall an exceptionally good beer. I highly recommend it for the hop head.

Clear amber/copper pour with a white one-finger head. Big piney aroma. Flavor has a strong piney and tropical fruit bitterness backed by some mild malt with a touch of caramel. Drinks very easy and finishes dry with a slight lingering bitterness.
