Surprisingly clear, this appears sparkling, slightly foggy yellow with a persistent fuzzy collar.
Smell is barnyard funk, hay, funky cheese, lemon and pineapple candy.
Taste is quite sour with fruity notes of lemon, green apple, and pineapple as well as more earthy yet sour qualities of sharp woody oak and funky grapefruit.
The effervescent, medium body finishes semi-dry and tingly, becoming a bit too acidic, nearing acetic.

Pours an effervescent honey color with a sliver of beige head. Head completely dissapers. Zero head retention & lacing
S: Plenty of pineapple
T: Follows the nose, tartness & dryness, there is plenty of sweetness, & a little white grape up front. Tart pineapple & dryness as this warms, slight acidity too. Finishhes like a Pineapple Sweet tart, plenty dry
MF: Medium body, subtle carbonation
Drinks pretty easy, a nice sour

Light orange color with a pleasant haze especially at the bottom of the bottle. Light head, no lacing. Citric acid aroma with mild brett funk. Nice tropical fruit flavor, mostly pineapple. Mild funk is enhanced when you get some of the yeast at the bottom. Medium body. Well carbonated. Dry finish. Good stuff.

L - 2 full fingers of head, and tons of white foamy lacing left on top of the brew and all over the glass. Cloudy blond with no clarity. Gorgeous
S - Tart and sour dominates, pineapple
T - Huge tart blast and very sour. Pineapple and dried fruit is subtle. Delicious
F - Full body and very well carbonated
O - An excellent and refreshing sour from Odell. Well done!

Pours a very cloudy golden color with a thin carbonated head. Retention and lacing are mild. Definite sour lactobacillus aroma with pineapple. Not too complicated. Strong sour taste with a large amount of pineapple tartness. Good beer. I was impressed with it. Light to medium bodied with moderate to heavy carbonation.

On tap into a burgundy glass, pours a pineapple gold with a thin off white crown that subsides quickly. Nose is full on sour but ripe pineapple, some sour apple, maybe just a light kiss of Brett, some yeasty bready malt. Taste is pretty straightforward, following the nose, more harmony but not quite as many layers. Pretty sweet, juicy, and a little sticky, though it cleans up nice at the end. I could use more funk...a lot more, actually. As is often the case with Odell, everything works together really well and the flavor and feel come to just the right point. All things...this is good, not great, and I'm glad I got the chance to enjoy.

A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a bright gold topped by a dense two finger white head that fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of funk, sourness, a little pineapple and some cracker like malts
T: Taste is juicy and sweet pineapple along with some tart acidity with a little funk along with some dry malty notes. Swallow is more pineapple and bright acidity with some lingering sweetness and light funk.
M: This beer is on the lighter side of medium in body with slightly prickly carbonation and a dry finish
O: overall this is a pretty good beer. The pineapple is a nice addition to the base beer and complements the sour notes well. The beer also has some nice complexity and flavors. Definitely one to try if you like sours.

On tap at brewery:
Initial pour is a tad ugly without much head. Dirty orange yellow and translucent initially, a shallower volume or time cleared it up a tad.
Nose is nice, though a bit sweet. Pineapple comes out, but more like the core than the softer flesh. A bit of funk is always there, and a hint of weak watermelon showed up early (faded with warmth).
Taste seems like a fairly standard funky beer initially. Pineapple does not really come out for me, but a general lightly tart fruit is noted (apple/nectarine are the closest I can come up with).
There is a nice little flourish on the tongue, which I think is a combination of hidden carbonation and a quick tart sting. This is fleeting, but breaks up the more dull generic funk wildness of the beer.
On the odd chance I have one, I would love to try this again. I'd really Ike that tart bite to linger just a tad longer, and perhaps have the pineapple flank be more evident to my palate.

Poured from 750 mL bottle into tulip.
A: Pours a clear golden yellow with 1-2 inch bubbly white head that fairly quickly recedes (really wish it would have stayed around for more than a few seconds). Active carbonation jets.
S: Sour with a hint of citrus.
T: Strong sour note hits first. Slowly, the other notes emerge...pineapple, orange, peach, and a hint of melon.
M: Super sour. Light-medium body. Tart with some fruit juicy sweetness. Mildly astringent.
D: A nice summer sour! Subtle complexity once you get beneath the sour note. Another well constructed brew from Odell.
