A- Light head on top, bone white, quickly fading to skimings on the top. Pale lemony yellow, developing deeper hues of gold and hay to light. Slightly hazy, unfiltered good looks.

S- Lemony grass aromas, slightly spiced, good wheat undertones, some overripe banana. Crisp and uplifting.

T- A little watery. Smooth, easy going tastes of wheat, slightly sweet and tart yeast and malt blending. Present hops, a nice little change up. Ends on tart and sweet hops.

M- Pretty thin, no much body at all, nor much carbonation. Could use a little more of everything.

D- Fair. A little underwhelming, but nothing offensive. A sort of faceless wheat CO wheat beer.

Hazy, yeasty, and damn near actually white in color. It has a real wheaty smell, tastes like lemon, citrus and wheat, and is very easy drinking. I could drink this straight from the hose on a hot day especially since the ABV is so low (I think it was 3.8%). I thoroughly enjoyed the sample I had.

Served on tap at Odells brewery in Fort Collins. Served actually in a taster glass. Beer apperance was very good, cloudy pale yellow one shade lighter than a hefeweizen. Small amount of lacing down the glass and very little carbonation observed. Smell was also very good, citrusy with slight vanilla smell also. Taste however did not impress me in the least. Way way to much coriander, it was like chewing on a coriander seed. Just too much spice for me. My wife didn't really care for it either.

The Quick Wit poured a very cloudy yellowish-white. It had a fine white head that quickly went to a collar and a thin film and left some lacing.

It aroma was a lot of lemony citrus with some subtle corriander and yeastiness.

The flavor was more of the same...lemony fruitiness with some subtle corriander and yeast. It had a nice palate - pretty full and smooth.

Overall, a very nice wit. It was less spicy and yeasty than other wits I've had, but I thought the extra citrus made the beer more balanced and appealing to me.
