Appearance: Semi-cloudy golden, with a huge foamy head. Thick and messy lace.
Aroma: Sweet floral and tropical hops. Wow!
Taste: Very unusual, with lots of tropical here ā citrus, pineapple, and mango leading the way. This is a smooth-drinking ale with a dry finish. Very tasty session IPA that Iād love to return to (if I could get Odell here in Indiana)!

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It smelled of pineapple, citrus and toasted caramel. Pineapple, mango and orange flavors with sweet caramel.

Odell is one of my very favorite breweries; even with that disclaimer, Splice is an excellent "session" IPA. One of the few that feels like a true IPA as opposed to a hopped-up Pils. Nice balance of flavors here, and light while feeling substantial in comparison to many of its competitors.

Yep, it's another session IPA. Odell always gets the benefit of the doubt from me, even if I'm pretty much over the session IPA trend. This one was pretty good, nothing that jumped off the page but very drinkable. Well-balanced, as all of their beers tend to be, and flavorful despite the lower ABV. Nice to include in the summer Montage pack but not something I'd buy a six-pack of on its own, simply because we have IPA overload in these parts.

12 oz bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow with a huge rocky white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is bready malts and resiny fruity hops.
The flavor is bready malt with resiny fruity grassy hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation.
Overall, a decent session IPA.

Draught pour at Pounders. One of the better season IPAS I've had. Plenty of astringency, nice amount of body. Nose could be more potent, but still enjoyable nonetheless. I'd definitely get this again, and if it saw distro in CA I'd put it into my lawnmower rotation of Fortunate Islands, GoTo, Pinner and All Day.
